Christian Burnett is the first law firm to exhibit at the UK Black Business Show
Christian Burnett were the first and only law firm to exhibit at the UK Black Business Show 2018, held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Westminster on Saturday 13 October 2018.
In its second year running, the UK Black Business Show provided an arena to inspire and connect black business owners and professionals working in various industries throughout the UK. Christian Burnett seized the opportunity to showcase its legal services for the first time via a platform geared towards promoting the development and representation of talent, skill and creativity within the community.
"There was not doubt that our presence would send the right message that we are just as accessible and available to black businesses as we are to any other business as a professional legal service provider." (Sheree Burnett, Director of Christian Burnett)
The show hosted over 1500 attendees, 56 exhibitors and 24 keynote speakers for meaningful connections to be made within a progressive and productive arena. Attendees gained cutting-edge insight and advice in entrepreneurship, leadership, soft skills and cultural development from some of the UK’s leading black business owners.
"We look to promote businesses and business leaders who aspire to inspire more black women and men to make a positive difference to the economy and the world at large."
(Raphael Sofoluke, Founder of the UK Black Business Show)
In celebration of Black History Month, the show highlighted the achievements and contributions black businesses have made to the economy and provided a unique and exciting space for people and organisations to network, discuss and take action on advancing the development of ethnic minorities in the UK.
